I have a new computer...Dell touch screen with Win10. I lile to go to noaa.gov and look at the weather patterns on the composite radar loop. I can't get this to work on my new computer. My husband just got a new install of WIN10 at work and his works fine. Any suggestions?

That feature uses the Shockwave Flash plugin, so make sure you have Flash installed and enabled.

You can find a Lego block icon at the left end of the location bar indicating that the web page uses a plugin (Flash) that Firefox might block. You can click this Lego block icon to allow or block this plugin.

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the<Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. ClickStart In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Can you provide a link to the weather screen, not the main page?

This is the page that doesn't seem to work. I usually click on the reflectivity loop, composite.
