1. Go to theAeries Parent Portal website
2. Log in
   • New Users
     • If you have not accessed Aeries Parent Portal before, please reference the email sent to you bysis-donotreply@scusd.netat the beginning of the school year with instructions on how to create an account.
     • If you did not receive the email please contacttechnical support.
   • Returning Users
     • We recommend changing your password at the start of the school year.
     • Enter your email address associated with the account and then click the “Forgot Password” link.
     • Follow on-screen instructions.

Step 1: Logging In

To access the report card, visit Aeries Parent Portal website:

• If you have used the Aeries Parent Portal before, you will need to reset your password by clicking the “Forgot Password” button.
• If this is your first time using the Aeries Parent Portal, you received an email at the beginning of the school year with instructions on how to create your account. If you did not receive the email please contact technical support at cs@scusd.net.

Step 2: Report Cards

You will see Grades on the left navigation:

• Click on "Grades"
• Choose "Report Card History"

• Look for current school year, current trimester
• Click on the English or Spanish link to display the report card

Step 3: Siblings

If you are logged into the portal for one child, you may hover over your child’s name in the top left corner of the screen and choose your other child or "Link a New Student."

Report Card Notifications

Once report cards are available, they will be sent out to families through a secure ParentSquare email notification. You will be required to log in to ParentSquare to view the report card. For step-by-step instructions on how to set up an account and find the report cards through ParentSquare, please visit our ParentSquare webpage.

Need Help?

If you have technical difficulties accessing ParentSquare or the Aeries Parent Portal, email cs@scusd.net. If you have questions regarding your child’s report card, please contact your child's teacher.

Before August 5, 2023, all enrolled familiesmust use the Aeries Parent Portal to complete theAnnual Student Information Update(ASIU) which allows families to update emergency contacts, medical information and electronically sign yearly consent forms. After the ASIU window closes, families cancontact the school directly to make any changes.

Notification

Once logged into theAeries Parent Portal Website, follow the steps below tocomplete the Annual Student Information Update.

1. In the bottom right corner, you will see a notification to let you know the Student Data Confirmation (ASIU) process is active
2. Selectthe “Click Here” button to start the data confirmation process

Section 1 |Family Information

1. Please verify you are updating the information for the correct child.
   • You will need to do this for each child in your household
   • Later, you will be able to select a different child and update the information
2. The first section is the “Family Information”
3. Select the option that applies to your US Armed forces status
4. Select the option that applies to your household
5. “Confirm and Continue” to move to the next section

Section 2 |Student Information

1. In this section, you will be able to update some basic Student information if needed
2. Parent/Guardian name may be used when printing report cards or other correspondence
3. Residence and Mailing address changes will require verification
4. Primary phone numbers will be used by the school and district to contact families
5. Update birth city, state, and country as needed
6. Click on Change if any changes are needed. Remember to SAVE after completing the updates
7. “Confirm and Continue” to move to the next section

Section 3 |Contacts

1. In this section, you will be able to update the student contact information if needed
2. Click on the pencil image to edit the contact information currently in Aeries
3. Check contact information for the mother
4. Check contact information for the father
5. Update or create a contact who will be reached in case of an emergency
6. Add other contacts (close relatives, doctor, dentist, etc.)
7. “Confirm and Continue” to move to the next section

Section 4 |Medical Information and Current Medical Conditions

1. In this section, you will be able to update the Medical History of the student
2. If needed, please remove entries that no longer apply to your child
3. If anything changed on the current records, please save the information
4. If needed, enter the information for the medical situation of your child
5. Our nurse team will need to know the date, age, grade, and any other information to provide the best care
6. If needed, please save any new information about the medical situation of your child.
7. “Confirm and Continue” to move to the next section

Section 5 |Documents

1. In this section, you can read the documents needed to understand different school policies and rules
2. Indicates the name of the document
3. Indicates if the document is required or optional
4. You will be able to access the document using this link
5. Check this box after the document is read
6. “Confirm and Continue” to move to the next section

Section 6 | Authorizations

1. In this section, you can update the Authorizations and Prohibitions if needed
   • These areprocesses or activities that your student will participate in
2. For each option, click on “Allow” or “Deny”
3. Read the description for each authorization
4. Save any changes
5. “Confirm and Continue” to move to the next section

Section 7

Final Data Confirmation

1. Click the "Finish and Submit" button

2. Your data confirmation process is complete, you can finish the process and/or print a copy of the changes for your records. (Note: you will receive an email message for the changes you made in each section)
3. If needed, you can go back to any of the sections and update the information.

Emergency Card

You will have the option to "Print NewEmergency Card" for your child. The report will be in PDF format which can also be saved on your computer for reference.

3. Address information (Note: this section will not show any new information because the address will need verification. Somebody will contact you for this purpose.)

Email Notification

1. This is an example of the email notification you will receive about the changes you made to the student information
2. The email will come fromsis-donotreply@scusd.net
3. This area indicates the section that was modified
4. This area shows the email address of the person who modified the information

Additional Children

1. If you need to update the information for another child, go to the top left-hand corner and select "Next Student" from the dropdown list.
   • If the student is not in the dropdown list, please contacttechnical support
   • If there is a student you do not recognize in the dropdown list, please contacttechnical support

Step 1

1. With your mouse cursor, hover over “Test Scores” on the top menu bar
2. Click on “State Test Scores Reports”

Step 2

1. If your student is going into grades 4 through 9 or grade 12, they will have a score report available under CAASPP
2. If your student is an English Learner, they will have a score report available under ELPAC
